Skyborn: An Embodied Climb Beyond the Self
A 10-Day Initiatory Immersion
You’ve been on the path.
You’ve done healing work. You’ve faced the pain.
You’ve read the books, taken the courses, followed the "signs."
And yet - somewhere in you - there's still the quiet knowing:
There’s something more. Something real. Something you haven’t yet touched.
SKYBORN is that missing piece.
Not because it gives you new information (though it does).
But because it takes you to a place inside yourself that words have never been able to reach.
This isn’t theory. It’s not just symbolic.
It’s 10 days and 9 nights of living transformation — held between earth and sky, sweat and stillness, silence and truth.
This is your introduction to the sacred oral tradition of objective spiritual teachings.
(A look at basecamp from the mountain bluffs above - this camp sits below Willow Lake.)
Skyborn is a living experience — part pilgrimage, part initiation — for those ready to meet life from a higher place inside.
You’ll spend 9 full days with a small group of others who feel the same call:
3 days of grounded preparation at a remote lodge — where we slow down, turn inward, and begin laying the foundation
4 days on the mountain, in raw beauty, honest reflection, and guided ascent — where the inner climb begins and the deeper understanding continues
2 final days — where objective awakening takes hold, the real begins to settle, and the next chapter of your life starts to form
Through breath, presence, movement, truth-telling, and deep stillness — we will walk together beyond the self we think we are.
You won’t be given beliefs.
You won’t be asked to perform.
But you will be asked to show up — fully — and cross a threshold that few are willing to cross.
A deep clearing of emotional and nervous system residue that’s been quietly blocking your forward movement
A reconnection to your body’s wisdom and your breath’s intelligence
A raw, real experience of being fully alive — not as a concept, but as a felt truth
A transmission of something ancient: the quiet clarity that only comes when you stop looking outward
There will be discomfort. There will be beauty. There will be moments of silence that change you forever.
This is for you if:
You’ve been walking the path for years and still feel like you haven’t arrived
You’re willing to get real — not just spiritually, but emotionally, relationally, and physically
You’re drawn to mystery — but long for something grounded and embodied
You’re ready to stop searching and start becoming
This is not for those looking for a quick fix, a feel-good weekend, or another story to tell.
It’s for those who are ready to meet themselves in a new way — fully, finally, and honestly.
This is not an immersion for processing pain. This is a process for installing new inner structure. If clearing trauma is needed after SKYBORN, initiates will have full access to SEALED.
Because there are things your mind can’t unlock.
The climb mirrors something ancient inside you — something primal, focused, real.
Each step strips away illusion. Each breath gets quieter.
By the time you reach the summit, the person who started the climb is no longer the one standing at the top.
This is not metaphor.
It is what happens — when you’re ready.
🜂 Day 1–3: The Descent Into Presence
At the lodge — nervous system unwinding, backpacking prep, initiation exercises and foundational practices begin, grounding truth and personal exploration - including a group trip to the Great Sand Dunes.
🜁 Day 4–7: The Mountain
Four days and nights on the mountain — hiking, reflection, silence, group process, solo practice, guided inquiry, stillness
🜃 Day 8–9: Return & Integration
Back at the lodge — final objective awakening transmission, practical anchoring and integration
This isn’t a “high” to come down from.
It’s a shift you can’t unsee.
People will notice something’s different.
But you won’t need to explain.
Because the real you — the one who’s been waiting just beneath the surface — will finally be ready to lead.

The group will be kept small.
This work is personal. Precise. Private.
Interview required for registration (see below).
As a lifetime backpacker, I'll be escorting you to a 11,000ft basecamp which I have previously hiked on 4 other occasions. We will dayhike to 12,000ft, possibly higher as the group feels called. The views are breathtaking and worthy of exploration by those willing and able. We will monitor acclimation and proceed accordingly. The trails are well-kept, the terrain familiar, and we have the presence of a National Forest Field Team each summer - they work the terrain to rebuild trail routes and maintain cairnes.
You will be expected to supply your own gear (with some potential for borrowing, dependant on what you need). Scroll all the way to the bottom for the full gear list. We hike with our belongings, food, and personal effects. We filter our own water, hike down all of our trash. We utilize bear bags at basecamp and generally rugged survival etiquette (no one hikes alone, one water filter for every two people, hikers on ascent have right of way on the trail, etc).
This is not a backpacking trip that is focused on summiting the 14K+ peak that will be towering over us. We'll remain nestled into our camp, with time for personal exploration and group day-hikes. All of this will be laid upon the tapestry of deep spiritual work, psychological exercises and your own unique discovery process.
This experience will do more than show you your edges - it will escort you into an unchartered state of embodiment. This is what advanced teachings do. This is why you come.
If you feel something stirring as you read this — that’s the signal.

On the morning of August 5, we begin our 5–7 hour hike to basecamp at 11,000 ft. We move at the pace of the slowest hiker, rest when needed and move through psychological exercises on the trail. We'll set up camp and venture to Willow Lake, daylight permitting.
We’ll live there for four nights:

• Daily teachings and deep inner exercises
This stretch will test you.
Not for the sake of hardship—but for the sake of clarity.
Each step will peel something back.
Each day will build a new kind of endurance—not just physically, but internally.
⸻
AUGUST 9–10 — DAYS EIGHT AND NINE: RETURN + OBJECTIVE AWAKENING
We break camp and descend the mountain on the morning of August 9 and return to the lodge.
These two days are designed for:
Reentry
Reflection
Integration
And the final two steps of the initiation process
On the afternoon of the 10th, you will receive the Objective Awakening Exercise. This is what you have been preparing for the entire experience.
This is the capstone. The lock clicks into place. What you’ve been walking becomes visible. Visceral. Embodied.
⸻
AUGUST 11 — COMPLETION + DEPARTURE
Our closing circle will take place in the morning.
Our experience comes to a close by 12pm, allowing for afternoon travel to begin.
This final gathering seals the field and supports your return to the world with clarity and coherence.
Optional late/afternoon departure is available for those who wish to linger or rest before the journey home.

During your interview, we will discuss any questions you may have about the list, and discuss specifics according to your hiking style (ie, frame-in or frame-out backpack, weather rating for your sac, to bring or not to bring an underquilt, brand recommendations etc.). I have been backpacking since 14, have experienced the harsh conditions of the mountain and have cultivated a deep respect for her - preparation and proper equipment is a must. Some of what is on this list will not be required for everyone (water filter - one per two people is a must, jetboil - at least one for the group which I will carry and another is great if you have one already).
Upon registering, you will be added to a group chat container for physical prep (this is a must), as well as gear collection. You'll have an open line of communication with me for questions and gear check. You will have my ongoing input and guidance during your physical prep phase to be certain you are ready for a rigorous climb with weight on your back. I will not allow you to cut corners and end up on the mountainside unprepared.
Before you book your call:
This is a transformative immersion and initiation. It will require your planning, preparation, financial resources and commitment. Your total investment may reach $3-4K depending on travel expenses and any gear you must acquire. The commitment is steep, and the experience is its equal reflection. Post-initiation, you will see, feel and experience life differently, through a new lens. For this reason, this immersive experience is yoked to the advanced objective teachings of core trauma removal (SEALED), which is a 5 month, $950 program. It is included with your commitment to SKYBORN, as my offering back to you. I cannot send you into the depth of this body of study without also offering the appropriate support, as needed. Continued study of advanced teachings are available through enrollment at your personal discretion and level of continued commitment.
LOGISTICS: You will be expected to show up in Crestone Colorado on 8/2 by no later than 3pm. Early arrival is an option. If you are flying, your destination will be Colorado Springs. Crestone is a 3hr drive from the airport. Closing on 8/11 will be at 12pm, with time for any fliers to venture back to the Springs for an evening flight.
INCLUDED: Your lodging, meals (on and off trail), travel to and entry into the Great Sand Dunes, access to SEALED post-initiation.
NOT INCLUDED: Your backpacking gear, your travel to Crestone CO and back.
