This option gives you additional support during the journey. You choose. This can either be an ongoing 1:1 Discord/Messenger chat, or a weekly fixed coaching session via zoom.

An ongoing Discord chat gives you support with an "in the moment" feel, great for those who are more called to daily contact and questions, or who have unpredictable schedules.
Opting instead for a weekly 1:1 coaching session means you get a burst of intentional and focused time with Esse, to cover any questions you've gathered between classes.
Select the option that speaks to you most - if ongoing connection or flexibility is important, the rolling chat is for you; if you take notes for later and need to gather your thoughts or have time processing between classes, choose the rapid fire sessions.
